IT System Outage All of the practices in Kent are experiencing IT system issues. This means we have intermittent access to patient records and clinics while IT are working to fix this. If you have an appointment today, please still attend, but bear in mind we have limited access to your notes. If you have a telephone appointment today, this will still take place but may be a little delayed. There may also be a longer call queue than normal. Lydden Surgery is open Monday – Friday 8am to 6.30pm. The surgery is closed on bank holidays.

Update personal details, book and cancel GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and view your medical records online.

For routine investigations we ask you to phone approximately five days after the blood/X-ray was taken.
