Everyone over the age of 18 is now eligible to receive their vaccine. If you have not yet been invited, or know of anyone over the age of 18 who has not yet been invited, please direct them to the new National Booking System.
From Friday 18th June 2021, this service will replace the system which GP practices have been using so we are no longer able to book appointments on patients’ behalf, nor send out web links for them to follow. Everyone will now need to use the above online system, or phone 119. This is both for first vaccinations and second vaccinations, regardless of the system that was used to book the first.
Please help protect yourself, friends and loved ones by getting vaccinated at your earliest opportunity.

You will ne notified directly exactly 6 months after your second dose to arrange your booster. e.g. If you had your second dose on 1st May, your notification will be sent to you on 1st November. Please allow up to 1 week for your letter to arrive.
These vaccinations, as with the first and second doses, are now fully managed by the National Booking System. We are unable to book appointments on patients’ behalf. When you become eligible, you will be contacted directly and asked to book an appointment. You are welcome to book at any location that the website offers, however the Folkestone Folca Centre and Dover Health Centre will likely be the most convenient for Lydden patients.
If you are immunosuppressed, you should receive a letter advising you to have a 3rd Covid vaccination, followed by a booster in 6 months time. At the moment these 3rd doses cannot be booked via they national booking system. We can arrange them on your behalf, but this process does take longer as there is no automated system in place. Please notify us if you think you are in this category and we will make arrangements for your vaccination.
